Mixpanel

This section will guide you through the integration of Mixpanel into Kertos.

The Integration Interface​

To set up the Mixpanel integration, integration, the following credentials are required.

Authentication​

The following section guides you through the process of gathering all required credentials to connect to your Mixpanel instance.

Project Token​

Log in to your Mixpanel account. On the top right side you will find the settings-icon. Select the "Set up Mixpanel"-option.

You can now copy your individual project token.

Project ID​

Choose an individual project ID for your system integration. The project ID will be used to identify and track the system integration.

Password (Service Account)​

Please fill in the Password of your service account. If you don't have a service account yet, please follow the set up guide from the Mixpanel documentation

Username (Service Account)​

Please fill in the username of your service account. If you don't have a service account yet, please follow the set up guide from the Mixpanel documentation

Supported Endpoints​

Choose between two options, api or api-eu, depending on which endpoint is used.

Identifier Field​

Choose between the options "Additional identifier", "Email" or "Phone", depending on which data you what to use as an identifier.

Data Retention​

Some data have precise specifications as to how long they must be retained. The "Data retention" field allows you to define how long data should be retained after receiving a deletion request, to make sure all deletion requests are in compliance with the various data regulations.
