Kertos Slack App — Compliance Notifications in Slack

The Kertos Slack App helps your organization stay compliant by sending important compliance tasks directly to employees in Slack. Slack becomes your team’s real-time compliance assistant.

Owners alerted when something breaks
All notifications are delivered through direct messages from the Kertos App.

How It Works

Kertos monitors compliance actions inside the platform and triggers Slack notifications when:

  • A task is assigned to a user
  • Deadlines are approaching or overdue
  • A compliance issue is detected
  • A responsible owner needs to intervene

Slack is used only as the notification channel — all actions are completed in Kertos.

How Notifications Look

Messages appear as a DM from “Kertos App”, similar to Slackbot.

Each message includes:

A short explanation of what’s needed

Clear urgency (if overdue)

A button linking directly to the right place in Kertos

Example:

📜 You’ve been assigned a new policy.
Please review and accept it to stay compliant.
[Review Policy]
